Top Sellers discount on Patty Cake for Christmas page not working

For the Patty Cake for Christmas sale, I'm not getting the discounts for the Featured Top Sellers from 2016 or 2015. They don't show up on the page itself or at check out. I only get my 15% loyalty reward.

For example, George HD should be showing up as 6.78 ( = 19.95 x 0.4 Featured Top Seller discout x 0.85 loyalty reward).

It happened a few days ago but I haven't seen any discussions on this in the forum. Is anyone else not getting those particular discounts?
