What New Releases Trigger What Sales?

All new releases don't seem to be equal in what discounts they trigger during these Holiday sales.

Anyone have a guide?

    I haven't noticed any differences between the different promotions, unless it explicitly requires a new release from that particular sale page to get the discount. I have used a new item (from a promotion page, not just any new item) to get the advertised discounts on any other promotion page many times.

    Throw them at the wall and see what sticks?

    Seriously, I'm as confused as anyone on this...I've given up on trying to keep track.

    ANY new release should trigger all "with purchase of new release" sales, unless a specific item or artist's catalog is specified. At present, at least one of the sales isn't working right.

    Patty Cake Bestsellers.  I just posted it in the Commons and someone else did at the same time.  Was submitting an official ticket as I saw this.

    Well, a regular bannered "NEW" item made one discount for an older LY figure...but a brand new from today New item made another.
