SUPERSUIT TUTORIALS, QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION
These videos are “first draft” quality from an early version of the suit. I am currently redoing them to bring them up to date.
It struck me, however, that you might benefit more from seeing them than not so here you go. Keep in mind that the basic principles are solid, but some of the details are off.
To help you figure out the suit here are 9 videos that will get you started.

Thanks for the videos, sorted some things out I wasn't sure of.
Wow now I know why folks are buzzing about this SuperSuit. Very cool stuff Randal, thx for those.
cool, thanks for posting these!
Thanks for these Randal. They'll certainly come in handy.
Thanks Rand, and folks well worth taking the time to watch.
Thanks so much Randal these videos are extremely informative and get to the point.
I'm off to create superheroes.
John
thanks!
Excellent! Now I'm ready to go! Thanks!
Wow Rand, Thank You! Those video's are just... well.. Super! ;-P
Thanks for making these vids! They also showed some hotkeys and shortcuts I didn't know about DS in general.
Shouldn't these be in the Tutorial Forum? Or at the very least a Sticky? I almost didn't see this thread and I think these are great.. This thread stick out while the sale is going on.:-)
Fantastic a huge thanks as I've just bought it and was looking at the screen bewildered by the options.
Thank You! Appreciate this!
Thank you, it saved me couple of days to figure out the suit :) .

Many thanks for these videos.
These are great - thanks, Randy!!
Something I'm just curious to ask where this is a topic about the SuperSuit's functionality: is it possible to save certain customized suit presets as separate articles of apparel like a set of clothing or props? I'm the kind of person that likes to create the illusion of detachable pieces like removable equipment and the such.
Thanks for the tutorials Rand.
Thanks Rand ... very helpful :-)
Wonderful tutorials - Great job - and you are right... many of us are better off seeing these even if a few things have changed. THANKS!
Great! This thread deserved to be stickied!
Thank you for videos.
These tutorials have kept me from climbing the water tower in a chicken suit with a high powered rifle and a box of twinkies.
Seriously, thanks for the great tutorials. I'm new with Daz, but this is a great tool. Now that I can use it, anyway. :)
I'm not trying to poke my nose where it doesn't belong, but what ever happened to DAZ_Rand? He seems to have vanished into thin air.
Great tutors.
Which suit are you wanting to texture? The Basic Suit or the full Supersuit?
For UV templates for the full Supersuit, go here. http://www.sharecg.com/v/62282/view/21/DAZ-Studio/Supersuit-Templates#commentAnchor
There you go. If you need more help, just ask.
Been wondering that myself. I've heard a rumor but I don't want to cause unwanted gossip.
I just found these and have been watching them as I try to learn how to use the Supersuit. I really want to start creating a lot of comic book and video game character art, so this is a good start but not nearly as in depth as I would like.
I also am a bit confused that I seem to be missing a bunch of stuff that are shown in these videos. I purchased the Supersuit Pro Bundle which looks to have included everything, but for instance I do not see the Cyborg Circuit Glow. I also do not see the presets in a numbered list order like in the videos. They are broken out a bit differently. Have things been removed or renamed since these videos came out?
Thanks
The Supersuit Pro package comes with a Shaders package as well, which is found in a different location than the Supersuit. Cyborg circuit, if I remember correctly, is found in there. Our file structure is very likely different from each others, so I can't tell you where it is. I can tell you where I can find mine, but I don't know if that will help you.
The videoes were made while the Supersuit was still being beta tested, that's why they aren't as in-depth.
Thanks for these.
Is there a tutorial anywhere on the forum to show how to use items purchased for the supersuit? I purchased the Super Suit Fantasy pack and can't get any aspect of it to show up. Will these tutorials teach that?
Thanks
