How many of you checked frequently to see if something had gone on sale only to end up buying other things?  In my case I was waiting for the Marshian Light Projection System for Iray, but nope..  Now i've spent much more than I should have on other things and don't have what I was waiting for.  There must be a moral here..  :-)

    I think the items I've been waiting the longest for are Dark Raven Reloaded and A Distant Army Approches.  They go on sale occasionally, but never at the 80% off that it would take to get them at a price I'm willing to spend.  Especially since I don't even really want Dark Raven by itself - I want it with the Burnout texture pack for it, which frequently IS at a good price.

    Lesser case with the recent RDNA imports.  They go with lots of $4 sales - great! But the items I want were only $5 to begin with, so... kept checking for a better % discount and buying other new items.

    The Marshian stuff doesn't seem to go on sale in the usual rotation, but not-so-long-ago (months) a bunch of their great stuff was in fast-grab at 70% off... so it does happen...

    That said, some vendors seem to go on sale more often thatn others, and diligent checking can work for you...

    I hope the coming holidays give you a similar opportunity!

    I waited years for Dystopian Feng's to go on sale when I had the money (it used to go on sale about once a year when I didn't have the money).  I finally picked it up in the last sale - good things come to those who wait :)

    MLPS was on sale just a few days back around the last week of november along with some hundreds of other lighting based items. Can't remember the name of the sale though. Though I didn't buy the MLPS but I did pick up a few of them the day - 1st Dec, loyalty discount was rolled out which stacked nicely to show up more than 70% discount on most of them.

    I picked up a bunch of Martian products in that sale too. I think the projection system was in there, but can't remember (I don't have it yet.)

    The one I waited nearly a year for was Theo for G3M. He finally went on sale about a month or two ago and I got him. Now I'm hoping VYK Wilona goes on sale again soon. I missed her last time around. She's been on my wishlist for a while.

    I have a bunch of items that were the 1st things I put on my wish list but I've bought game development licenses for them outside DAZ and got the files from the PA. That means my motive to buy them again just to have a convenient backup at DAZ 3D is pretty small.

    Hi MS! I did a few fast grabs late Summer and they went very well. Other than those the back catalog will not go on sale until I release another product or someone I've created a co-product with has a new release. I've been pushing very hard to create unique products faster and I try to mix smaller and lager products up so I'm not off the radar for too long but all of my work has ended up being the big ones lately. Marquee Lights was released today and in the next month or so I have 3-4 more so my whole store will be onsale for a while. Cheers!

    I think I've seen everything on my list on sale at some point or another.  As to wether that sale was sufficient for me to get the items, I've got quite a few items waiting for bigger sales.

    My list at Rendo has the same problem, but magnified greatly, as their sales aren't as good.

    ...for me it's been the Biguana. 

    The one time I did see it on sale, I was flat broke.

    I just got two things that were on my wishlist for awhile - the NY Brownstones and Esprit d'Autrefois. Both worth the wait ;). Every time Stoneymason goes on sale I chip away at the old wishlist a little. LOL
