when you're placing an order and go to Checkout, look on the upper right hand corner of the page.

there'll be a text box marked COUPON CODE.  type or paste your monthly discount code in that, and click 'apply'.

the page will reload, and your checkout total will reappear, adjusted.

    happy shopping!

If the code doesn't work, check the contents of your cart carefully against the restrictions listed beneath the coupon code. It is easy to make a mistake and put a new item or a PC+ item in the cart when that is not allowed by the specific coupon you are trying to use. Each of the two coupons has different restrictions. Also watch out for a glitch that causes you to lose some of your discount. The glitch is caused by the presence of a free item in the cart along with items you want to use the coupon on. I always try to buy free items in a separate transaction to avoid this problem.

  • Thanks for help. I can't find my coupon code. Where is located? thanks!

The coupon codes are the yellow text in the boxes with the coupons rules.

  • Thanks!

One more gotcha — if you copy/paste the code, make sure you aren't catching any space at the beginning or end of the code text in your copy. The code text box is looking for a precise string of text characters. A space is a text character that you can't see.

  • Are there actually any Daz Originals that are NOT PC+? I cannot find any which makes that +$ coupon basically BS.

Um, about 5000 of them?  About 60% of the Daz Originals are not PC+

Not sure what was happening. Was showing less than 3k and all pc+. Now is show over 6k and some of them are not pc+. Guess it was just a glitch.

  • Just figured it out. I was browsing  under pc+ catagory. Now I feel like a nimrod. smiley

    /sigh

I stopped  trying to use use coupons a long time ago because I just do not enjoy entering codes to get a price reduction that may or may not  qualify for the current shopping cart.

it would be interesting if platinum club coupon benefits would be added automatically to whatever order would fit the requirements first each month.

in any way it is great that most other special deals and % off are now mostly applied automatically.

I'm pretty sure we'd then here complaints from people who wouldn't want to use it straight away etc.. even if it was possible (which I'm inclined to say 'not easily')

Under the very old system,  the voucher was applied automatically to the first qualifying order you made, regardless,  but it was possible to remove it if you didn't want to do that.

I've been an enthusiastic DAZ user for many years and do not want to go elsewhere, but sadly I have to say that I find that the monthly coupon is rarely of any benefit. There have been quite literally entire YEARS when I haven't been able to find anything that I wanted to purchase that the coupon would be valid with.  Searching the list of products for something that I can use the monthly discount on can be overwhelming; I find it exhausting due to the sheer quantity to be looked through and most times I simply go without using the coupon at all (I really hope THAT is not the underlying intention?)

There is a tickbox option to display PC+ items when searching for products; it would be equally helpful to be able to omit PC+ items from the current search.  Perhaps there could also be an option to filter out products which are still too 'new' for the monthly coupon to be valid?

I suppose what I am asking is that DAZ create a specific 'valid for monthly coupon' product filter ...

There is a browser addon: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/106296/announcing-daz-deals-browser-add-on/p1 This adds filters for both coupons, plus a third filter to omit PC+ items.

  • I haven't used my february coupon and it seems that the coupon is not valid anymore. Does it expires when a month is finished ? sad
