There is this Genesis 3 UV Swap: Male and Female Base. Is there something equal for g2m and g2f?

    I'm pretty sure G2F/M can already share textures. But I could be wrong, since I'm away from my rendering laptop so I can't check for you.

    That is correct, unlike Genesis 3, G2M and G2F are based on the same mesh, and so can use each other's UVs. There are a few ways to do this, I think there is a free script somewhere around, but you can always just copy the UV sets from the G2F data location to same place in G2M or vice versa.
