NO, that's a screen grab showing the set up and the final is to the right. It's just saved out as a png (becuase I'm working on promo icons) so I resaved that as a jpg using Irfanview and have the background set to my green I like so that's what your seeing there. PNG with green background! lol Seems the Advanced AoA are not working. The regular Ubers are .... OK, off to work...
That didn't show the lines for loading the lights...and what it says when they are loaded is the part we need.
Also, do any of the Shader Mixer example scenes work for you?
The only time I've seen a problem like this is when there is a Shader Mixer problem.
Uber (omnifreaker's stuff) lights and Daz default are compiled shaders and don't rely on SM...but AoA's stuff does.
Hmmm, I have to hunt down one of those scenes and run it and see if it's doing what's it's supposed to do. Thanks for the suggestion.. I'll be right back....
CRAP, I think in one of my lame moments I must have deleted that folder with the premade scenes..... Grrrrrrrrrr
Look at it from the bright side, now you can try anew ......not hinderred by any possible goofup's in the previous versions...
HAHA... well I went ahead and loaded up DIM and reinstalled all the DAZ related stuff including Studio and the Uber lights... I'm happy to report.............
... and now for the AoA lights .....

Oh, those are the lights. I'm using a Advanced Distance and Advanced Spot on the DAZ Logo using some Shader Mixer presets and a simple plane under it all to show off the "Tiedye" effect I applied to the Spot!
Ah! Victory! (your victory, of course...
)
Fingers crossed that as I update my scene I need this to work in it's all golden! lol
So things work and continue to work so what ever bug was there is gone now. NOW I have more questions....
I have some SSS shader on my Tina skin I made. I'm not really all that happy with how flat it looks. Are there settings to blush it up a bit more in 3DL like we can in iRay?
Take the color map out of the Specular Strength channel, kill the Velvet (at least for now) and pull whatever those brown maps are in Specular Color and SubSurface color...
OK. I'll give that a go. Thank you mjc!
Tina thanks you!
