2 or more of the featured new releases still only give 40% discount not the advertised 50%

Same problem here, PA festival new releases don't show 50% discount when more than one is in cart and some items - like the S2 Hanger Deck don't even show the recent 40% but only 30%. The additional -10% works on both of those, as I have a Gateway new release in cart as well, which triggers correctly.
It's working for me at this point.
It certainly isn't working for me. Two Gateway items reduce each other to 50% off, but any two other New Releases (well, at least the half-dozen or so I tried) stay at 40% off no matter how many I add. Also the Gateway items seem to work on the PA back-catalogue (60% off) but the other New Releases don't.
Same here. No extra discount for two or more new releases.
It would be nice if this could be reported by mods, as it doesn't make sense to contact customer support on sundays..
Not working for me either. I seem to be getting the 50% off for having more than one PA Artist item in my cart, but not the 60% off for having added PA Sale NewRelease item (in this case, Lilith 7).
It's broken for me as well. Works with the gateway items but not the new releases.
Same problem for me giving me only a 50% discount; everything was working yesterday. On top of that, the first time I checked my cart this morning, it gave a 69% discount (Prime member). The next time it said 68% and I hadn't changed anything between those two confirmation checks. That's a little bit worrisome.
Isn't it great, when companies have their huge sales on the weekend and customer support isn't in on the weekend. I've never understood how that's supposed to work properly.
My discounts are working on SOME items but not on others.
This is highly annoying.
The page advertises up to 75 percent off on featured new releases. I've added items on that page and the best I'm getting on them is 50%.
That's not enough to keep them in the cart for me.
I wonder if they're calculating in buying a GC at 10% off and then using THAT to buy other things.
The absolute best you can currently get on a new release is just a hair under 63% off. That's a DO new release with a gateway item also in the cart.

This should flag every discount: A gateway item, a featured artist, and 2 "new release" items.
Using DAZ math, that should turn into 44% off gateway, 55% off New Release, and 66% off Featured Artist (I think). Instead it's at 40%, 46%, and 64%.
The older new items from the PA sale should now be discounting correctly.
Seems someone is working on it. PW Treatment Chair and Barefoot Pearls now work correct in my cart.
S2 Hanger Deck (and possibly all releases from that day) still doesn't reflect the 40 and 50% discount.

I am very confused. What is the advertised 'up to 75% off' based upon? I thought DO products but it seems not.
So should we just buy our items using our own calculations and hope DAZ refunds the difference? All tthe discounts were working yesterday, like Redz said.
I really thought that the last two days of the final sale's would stay the same for both days; I admit that was a little over-optimistic. I'm again reminded of why one should checkout all the way before falling asleep, although that method does save one lots of money because the next morning's total can be pretty shocking. :)
I'm thinking that 'up to 75% off' is a mistake. Looking at the maths for a Daz Original and the discounts, 68.5% seems to be the maximum discount on the new releases. It's very misleading.
The Gia 7 Pro bundle discounts for 75% off. There are others as well (went through my wishlist and if it was older than a certain date and said 58% off in the wishlist, it was 75% off in the cart).
Yes older Daz Originals are discounting to 75% off, but the banner says 'Featured New Releases up to 75% off' which is clearly not the case.
Still not working for me, unless I'm misinterpreting the sales promo. I've got several PA items in my cart + Lilith 7, which I think should trigger the 60% deal, but I'm still only seeing 50% off the featured PA products.
You are correct. Only the gateway items are triggering the 60% off, contrary to the advert that says 'buy any PA Festival New Release'.
This hasn't been fixed yet, too ..
I have reported the non-functioning extra dsicount on back-catalogues, and queried the 75% off statement.

Yeah, it's doing the cold molasses thing. Guess maybe it's all the last-minute PA Sale shoppers trying to beat the midnight-or-whatever-Daz-time deadline. I was afraid my order would get fooled up right at the stage where I couldn't hit the cancel button to try again later if it did. Fortunately everything worked out and I'm loaded up for the PC sale when it hits. Hopefully the servers can handle it.

Success! I was able to get the promo discounts and ended up throwing in a bunch of stuff from my wish list. Great wrap up sale for me. Hope it's finally working for everyone.
Now, on with the PC Sale, lol.
