Discounts not working properly

    Did anyone manage to get the Gateway disount to work properly? No matter what I tried, I only got about 5% discount instead of 10, so I skipped it, nothing in that category of much interest anyway.

    Nope. I never got the discounts to work properly so I didn't buy anything either.

    @Divamakeup- did they ever do those bundle discounts (where you wanted Girl 6) since the site was screwed up with the discounts? If not, since we're starting another sale, I would contact customer support and query the bundle discount deal. It's not your fault the site made it impossible to shop.

    Same here. Guess that's $150 I can spend elsewhere.

    I deleted all items from cart that didn't discount properly and only bought some older stuff that worked correctly.

    No. They never did the bundle discounts again - despite MANY people not being able to purchase that day and missing out on the sale. 

    I'm not sure I'll put in a support ticket - I'm sure they know about. A lot of people where complaining about it. I might put in a ticket if they haven't done anything by next week. Or maybe that will be too late then? I don't know. The whole thing just leaves me sour. I know it's not their fault, but the site being messed up has left a lot of people unable to purchase or take part in the sales. That hurts not just the customers but the PAs as well. They really should try to make it right.
