Keeping pins and badges in the right place

I got Vanishing Point's Yorktown G2F outfit. It includes a bunch of rank pins and insignia props, that parent to the outfit. (fig 1)
they stay in place if you move the figure in T position.
They don't stay nicely postiioned when you pose (pic 2)
Anyone have some thoughts on the best way to fix this problem?

It looks as though they are parented to the figure, not the outfit.
Try parenting them to the chest bone of the clothing item.
I've not used them myself, but this sounds like a job for Rigid Follow Nodes
