issues with my workspace screen

Hi I have been working on my models on Daz 4 altering my workspace screen etc but I think I may of clicked on something without realising and it seems to of given me a sort of window box screen with 1:1 on the side of it?
How do I get my screen to go back to normal, if you need to see a screenshot of what I mean let me know and I'll post 1.

    Sounds as if you have turned the Aspect frame on - it's in the viewport option menu, the button in the top corner of the viewport.

    Arh thanks for that I was trying all roads to get it back to the way it was lol.
