The brows that are on the way will cover characters from Genesis3 all the way back to the Generation4 figures.  There are also body hair, leg, arm, and armpit presets coming as well.

    Kendall

Well I'll be eagerly watching for this then.

Thay are very, very close.  Lyoness has seen some of them, since one of the first Brow sets are for her fantastic characters.

This hasn't been mentioned so far... blush

Just as Kendall's brow sets are a multi generational product, Zev0 and Draagonstorm are working on a brow remover for skins from Generation 4 to Genesis 3 wink yes

I'm (im)patiently waiting for those eyebrows, Kendall Sears. In the meantime, I'm going to pick up Oh My Brows over at "the other" site. Just checked my wishlist, and they are 50% off... And besides, I figure you can never have too many fiber mesh eyebrows...

Brows are in progress.  First set looks to be for some of Lyoness's awesome characters.  She's given the "I like" to the presets and they're soon to be heading to DAZ.

    Woo hoo! heart

Good to hear. And yeah, I'm excited about it... Rendering LY Emi right now, no-brow materials with the brows I just bought. Looking very good. :)

Just an FYI/heads up for anyone interested in more fibermesh options, there is now an Oh My Lashes available for both G3F & G3M. Just picked it up and am looking forward to using it.

Just for completeness, I am not the one doing the brows, I am helping the person who is doing the brows.

I'm very impressed. You can thin them out by switching off a couple of surfaces in the geometry tool.

I think they look better on female or male characters who wear eyeliner and mascara. The styling of some of them is sort of the 'false eyelash' look. However I  may just need to work at them a bit more. Darker eyelashes look better than the lighter ones do- to me.

I have the Oh My Brows and if your character does not have a standard browline they can be difficult to get to lay flat on the browline and not be floating above it or such things but they do look good once you get them situated correctly.

I thought the same thing when I first saw them, but for the really stylized lighter colors, I think they look pretty cool. I ended up getting them along with the OMB bundle since they were both on sale but haven't had a chance to mess with them yet. I'm curious for those who have played around with the eyelashes...can you adjust the hair thickness? That was the one thing that put me off from a lot of the promo images; they just looked too coarse.

You can vary the coloration. You might also try subdiving them. I haven't really experimented too much beyond seeing that I didn't think they added anything to my male characters. I think they will look good on the ladies.  also used OOT shader to color both the existing eyelashes and the oh my lashes to match.

You should see my cousins Morris the longest, thickest, blond eyelashes you'll ever see on anyone. LOL, they talk about when you caricature people you exaggerate their features that are different from average, with Morris you start with the eyelashes.

I love men with nice lashes. I'm going to work on it, and see if I can come up with something I like. I just don't want the  falsie mascara look.

My hubby has very long, thick lashes (longer and thicker than mine, darnit), so I know some men can have those nice, enviable lashes too cheeky

I know when SM announced that one of their figures would have modeled lashes, I questioned the point of it, since most renders you won't even really notice. You would only notice at the most extreme closeups. I still pretty much think that way, but I guess they're nice to have for those extreme closeup if you need them. Maybe they will be noticeable, even from farther away. Will have to do some tests after I'm done with my project :).

I have some teeth/mouth HD stuff and ... honestly, I've used it maybe a handful of times. But I like to know if I ever really need an extreme closeup of someone's mouth... I'm ready!

Part of the problem, of course, is that any image close enough to show that kind of detail is probably close enough for the texture resolution to look bad. So... I debate how useful it is.

Should be at the top of parameters if you have the child visible figure selected if you have the base lashes figure selected (or even the child figure).

Correction. Some of them have finer hair adjustments and some don't. You need to just load each one in to find out which ones have the adjustment dial.

No, scrap that. They all have an adjustment dial for finer hair :/  You have to select the child figure node that's visible and the dial should be at the top of parameters.
