Wow. That one is a close issue. That bottle shape (called the "Carolina Bottle") is a very jealously defended trademark. Coca-Cola has been known to send C&D letters over images of the bottle shape that are used without their consent. Although, they did lose to Pepsi in New Zealand recently. So you are safe to use it in New Zealand at least

I think that one could be the model used, you can hide the cap its a seperate mat zone the straw I'm not sure about doesn't seem to come with it but a primitive should work or it easy enough to cook up in a modeling program.
This is a fast Iray render I used a frosted Glass shader on the bottle (the one that comes with DS) and a coke shader from Mec4D shader pack vol 2, default HDRI and only rendered for about 5 minutes (CPU only render).

Select item in the scene tab.
Select surface in the surface tab.
Apply the shader.

You need PBS Shader 2,, and there you'll find it under "Food & Water".
