im testing out my fibermesh hair, i did not let iray finish it. hopefully you like my character and hair in progress.
Thank you, the face is made with scan data. the hair is modeled from a picture i found online.
I made a quick render to show you the face a bit better. I already have the head textures done. I show you her with her make up just for fun:)
Absolutely awesome, Wayne!

But if I might make a request, can you make the egyptian deities not white?
Has the bust of Nefertiti faded that much?
Don't worry Will she come in 6 different colors !
Tjohn: If you'll note from that bust, her skin tone is different, eyebrows thicker, lips thicker/mouth bigger, nose much bigger.
So, yeah, do it like the bust.
Funny... my gods can be any color they want to be....They don't care about being historically accurate, They are, after all, gods.
That's a V7 skin set I only did the clothes and wings ! Wings are for both G3M and G3F. So it's up to you what skin you put on !
Th hair & the character are lovely.
Well, they look great. Nice and shiny! And, I like shiny! I really love the metal effect on those wings!
Great DOF! I'm still having problems getting that right... And beautiful character. Is that an existing character or one you morphed?
Cool little slice of life feel and nice DOF,something I would love to master...
Wow! Stunning! The water looks amazing!
I agree. If you don't have the light right, metal shows up dark and dull. In my Golden Girl image, posted here earlier, I had to use a spotlight strategically placed for the gold in her dress to reflect. At least with the few HDRs I have, those reflections can be hard to get.
I agree with the others, this is a beautiful image. Amazing realism.

I think this looks great! I love Annubis! Now I'm kicking myself for not getting it once when in deep sale...
Really? She looks younger... Maybe it's the expression that makes her look different. She reminds me of a young Brooke Shields here.
Solasylphid
"Jo-Jo" is a mixture of morphs on the Genesis 2 Female base, starting with the Girl 4 morph I created with GenX. Here's what I used
The Girl 4: about 71%
Coral Ears: 100%
Eruanna Base: 100%
Karynna: about 54%
Aiko 6 Head: about 11%
Youth Posture: 100% (from Growing Up)
Thin: about 30%
Bodybuilder: about 11%
Fitness: about 56%
Also, I had to adjust the jaw as it poked through the chin. And I used a number of breast morphs for smaller size without distortions and several morphs to increase her waistline.
(The "Solasylphid" race/species is something I made up, and plan on using in an upcoming book. For that reason, I've used the copyright notice on the gallery page.)
I uploaded a 4K shot of the demon render at Deviant Art. You can scale it to whatever resolution you are viewing it at. I will have a second version of it uploaded at some point later on tonight that should have more crisp detail on the beach prop. I am still playing with the lighting setup and I am not sure if I like the prop to be less detailed or not. Either way the prop has been re-scaled and properly rotated in this shot.
I decided to leave the warrior pose because it kind of grew on me. I think it makes her seem more confident and like she is content to track her prey similar to the way a hunter tracks a deer after he has shot it. let me know what you think. I should have the Aliasing problems fixed on the next render and I might try applying a few filters to the rendered image but I will have to decide when I get there.

I wonder what they really used in those old costumes? Ah, a look up says dyed flaxen linen.
Wanderland, your render is great. I like how you managed a very natural lighting for such a dim lit shot.
Midnight_stories, that is probably the most CG sharp image I have seen. I have looked at renders that can match it but I don't think I have looked at any that are more clear and clean than that one. Nice work.
*sigh* I read that as Raccoon on Harpwood Trail and spent 2 min looking for the raccoon. TGIF!
Nicely done. :)
If you blur the BG it gives the illusion of a sharper foreground !
These are a suit and conforming mask which you can take off plus some Demon Claw morphs for the finger nails.
Here is the link to the sharper version of the beach set. I think the lighting is more natural and I like that I can see the details better. The blur on the render from the first link can help hide the flaws of the image though. Either way, I am pretty much finished. The only way to improve it further would be to use a differant set all together which I don't want to do at this point in time.

Here's an experiment. I used one of my procedural shaders and copied one of Mec4D's shaders onto it (Aluminum). The result uses the strength of procedural generation (for the bumps/stripes) with the coolness of Mec4d shaders.
(I'm hoping to make the last few shaders in the next week or so, then clean everything up and make it available on sharecg)
Oh, and again, there are no maps in the image except for window opacity.
Also, at 2160x2160 original resolution with 32 bit Beauty Canvas, this took 6 minutes to render with 2x GTX 970s.
Thank you so much. I hope do delight you with some more soon, for the moment though, I anticipate to be away for a week or so (family matters) and having to take a break from work. But ideas still rolling....
Beach scene with woman and beach house. Only a single texture was used for hair opacity.

(It's adult blocked for some rather mild nudity)
