  Select the character; then under surfaces select skin or skin/lips/nails (your choice and depends what you require).

  Scroll down to Top Coat Weight; this will need to be above zero; you may need to alter it, try initially 0.5.

  Top Coat Rougness might be better with a lower figure.

  There will be a drop down with Fresnel in it (likely), change it to reflection. The setting below will be Reflectivity after changing, before if set to Fresnel it would be Top Coat IOR.

  Reflectivity, try 0.5; mess about till you get what you're after.
