    Or it might be that the set is being sold on Renderosity.

    OK, got in touch with Orphaned Soul, here's what he told me:

    it was never to be at DAZ or for free sorry, that was an mistake on their part, I was getting ready to release at RDNA when they sold out to daz, and the file they have is corrupt. so we released at Rendo during the chaos and it is no longer available at daz. sorry I have a partner with this so I cant give it away

    So, looks like no fix is or will be coming.

    I am actually happy to hear this. It seemed odd to me that, assuming it had worked properly, such a nice product would be completely free and also have such an incredibly slow response time in getting fixed. That we accidentally got a botched file never intended for us is more comforting to me than to think that Daz's quality control has taken such a hit.
