3DWorld Victoria 5 updates

Hello,
I have obtained Victoria 5 with 3D world mag some time ago. I was wondering if I was eligeble for updates like it was a bought DAZ product or I have to buy the figure from the store.

In the positive way how can I get the updates?

Stupid and useless question: what is Victoria 5 ARTBUILD?

    I have no idea, but I think you would need to write to Support for an answer.

    It has been reproted that if you can provide proof that you bought the magazine sales will add the item to your order history.

    Of course I can. I have contacted technical support for information. What should I do to prove the purchause?

    One person took a photo of the mag cover and the CD in it's case.

    Well, I have I have both CD and mangazine (and also receipt in both electronic and paper form). The problem is that the CD is in my hometown (I am a University Student) but I am gonna take it ASAP if needed.

    Going to take everything tomorrow. Support didn't answer however. Where can I send the photo?

    Open a support ticket and send the photo as an attachment.
