genesis 3 into poser don't work well with me.

  Are you able to import other DSON files, such as Genesis 2 Female? You do need to be aware that even if you can get past thiss tage Genesis 3 is not suported in Poser.

  yes it is this one I use to import genesis 3 into poser, but it don' t work, I have an error message (see the screnne shot up of this post)

  From the screenshot, Id say the DSON Importer isn't installed properly.  It needs to be installed into the Poser program directory.  It's here if you don't have it...
