Can someone explain how you go about creating that list? Does it explain my level of ignorance if I ask what is itemised history and how do you dump from it?

Two ways, one tedious /copy/paste from all the store emails)

One simple to get started - select all in DIM, rightclink and select "Export as CSV-file"

My method was similar to the first, except I copied and pasted from the Product Library pages.  After doing that several times (with almost a hundred and sixty pages to copy from), I decided to just stay on top of things; whenever I buy something, as soon as I download the newly-purchased items, I copy and paste the Product Library entries for those items into my spreadsheet.

Hell of a time-saver!  (As long as I remember to do it, that is!)

Honestly, that was what I first heard when I first heard that song on the highway in my car on low volume (and a noisy car).

When I listened more carefully the next time the chorus came I got it right, lol.

    Pull #1.

    194 - Fayre Princess

    331 - Janna Hair

    40  - Basic Hair

    439 - North Hair for G2

Good grief! Three hairs out of 700+ items?

I've watched this contest a couple of times (sort of) without really paying attention to what was really going on. There's more of a challenge to this than first meets the eye! Now I have to work all that into a twisted lyric? Just as well I've got until July 31 (yeah, I thought I better check that). Time to dwell for a while. :)

Welcome aboard the RRRR, the nuttiest, weirdest and most addictive contest on these forums. And you're right, it's a challenge, and it's like solving crosswords, your brain will really get to work. The first ones are the most difficult until you adjust to this "out of the box" thinking, then you will beg for more more more! I've seen that happen to quite a few players, addiction anyone?

My daughter just told me of a Ken O'Bannionish twisted lyrics yesterday.

This is a song about a promisning Swedish football player (real football, not American hand pumpin) who's name is John Guidetti
Her friend said what? John Guidetti, I always thought she was singing Young and dirty

My mother thought that The Three Degrees were singing 'bicycle part' the first time she heard 'My Simple Heart'. One of my favourites was down to my sister when we were kids, not just cloth-eared but tone deaf too. This was why, when all the other infants were sweetly singing 'Hosanna in excelsis' for the school Christmas play, she could be heard trilling loudly above everyone else with 'old semolina trousers'. I'm not sure it's even possible to render that one!

I was going to participate in RRR for the first time this month, but my rendering PC is off sick and probably won't be done skiving in the workshop for another week and there will be loads of other stuff to catch up with when it's back. Maybe next month. It's good fun watching you all in the meantime :)

Lol - and you got until  Sunday July 31 at 23:59:59 local DAZ time so that's plenty of time to cure your render pc.

@ Ken: I was listening to the Eagles in my car earlier -- now I'll be humming the "Ken Version" for the rest of the day!

@ Totte: I'm glad I'm not the only one who frequently creates renders with toilets...  Very colorful, lol!

Oh, and throw me in the prize pot for my usual $20 GC.

    Pull #1:

    Chinatown
With four LBs I had to mishear a whole song, and I almost did. I found "Chinatown" by Thin Lizzy which I had never heard before. After a half dozen listens I thought I understood some of it. cheeky

    What I heard:
Chinatown is a different ? There are people there that are so unseen.
If you see what I mean then you then you flow through the dream
Living and dying They were so relieved
Living and dying They were so believed
There is no ? Not in Chinatown
There your ghost stands a chance if you go down to Chinatown

    The real lyrics:
Chinatown, it's a different scene There are people there, they are so obscene
If you see what I mean Then they've sold you the dream
Living and dying There is no release
Living and dying There is no relief
There is no beliefs Not in Chinatown
Man, you don't stand a chance if you go down in Chinatown

Hello, thought I could join in.  But I'm not too sure I got the rules all down straight so I'm going to describe everything I'm doing, so please just tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

First I went to my DIM, right click, and exported a CSV file.

Second I went to http://www.mathgoodies.com/calculators/random_no_custom.html and generated 4 numbers

Thrid I matched the numbers to the sheet and got the following 4 pulls:

    317 M4 Bodysuit

    60 Celia

    55 BonnyElverado

    371 My Van

Now I have to think of a song that I get lyrics wrong to and make a render with these four items.  But I can also use other items in my Runtime.

Once image is done, I have to post the image here and in the Entry Thread as well?

Just let me know if I mess up anything here. Thanks.

Song: Milow - You Don't Know

Original Lyric: You don't know anything about me
Misheard Lyric: You don't know anything but me

This is some kind of a twisted understanding of this lyric. I always imagined someone who's trapped, and is forced to communicate with a certain being that keeps him trapped there. The prisoner doesn't know anything outside of the outer world and can only exist inside the world his captor/creator made for him. I hope it's not a too twisted interpretation... blush

Luci45 #1 - Wow! Love all the ghosting through the picture. Nicely done.

Lyam #1 - I really hope it works. And that the zombies get distracted. :)

Okay, several people have mentioned the Eagles, but for the record, I was thinking of the Linda Ronstadt cover of that song.  (Because I'm a contrarian at heart!)
