Opinon on this graphic card wanted

Once my new computer is set up, I am thinking of keeping my old HP Pavillion computer and upgrading it. It currently only has on-board ATI graphics processor. Is there any significant difference in performance between this smaller card and a full sized GTX 960?

    It's a decent card, if you can't afford the 970 or better right now.

    I'd wait for a few weeks; Nvidia's Pascal architecture is due for release; it might give more memory for roughly the same cost, and improved render performance.

    It also might see current gen (900 series) cards becoming available for less.
