Cannot load install manager or register to connect to DAZ 3D account

I recently registered and purchased some 3D images from the DAZ website, however when I log in using my registered credentials, the application seems to time out before coming back with the message "Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again".  The credentials are correct.  Also when I try to connect to the DAZ 3D account after installing DAZ Studio the message "communication to server failed"\appears.  Can someone please let me know if there are specific firewall ports that need to be opened up as I use this in a corporate environment and our internet is heavily protected by firewall rules.
