Maybe put a support ticket in for them? I noticed that the two pose sets didn't have metadata either.

There's some freebie morph sets too.....I don't know if they affect the legs tho, can't recall.

I don't know if I can post the link to the website tho - it's a personal site, not a commercial one. They are however, the same place that has the clones for her that are listed in that freebie link that Kerya posted.

She's nice, just think her legs are to long and thin. Any morphs out there to "normalize" them a bit?

There's a set of OOT morphs at rendo. There's another set of morphs too that has some leg morphs, but I forget where I got those. I think they were at RDNA called Nether Morphs for Star!. Maybe they'll show up at DAZ eventually?

Netherworks. I'm not sure where they are going to end up. There are some of his older things in the store here (or used to be, Hair conversion systems, iirc) but nothing here for years

Okay, I don't think this is the type of render anyone wants, but I'm having difficulty with Star.  I was kind of excited to use her until I did and then, not so much now.

Has anyone actually loaded her into DS from the new install?  Because I get all kinds of weightmap errors and when I go to pose Star, I get weird bends with only a few degree bends.  We are talking like only 15 degrees.  When I turn her head just a little, her teeth and eyes do weird things, too.  Is there a quick fix or should I open a ticket and hope they do an update?  I have never had a character do this before.

I bought her yesterday from the Daz store - just tested her out, didn't have any issues posing manually, and she even accepted Genesis 2 poses fine (not sure if all characters accept each others' poses? Never tested before.)

    This is with 4.8.

Are you sure you are using the DS version - there are 2 versions of Star 1 for Poser and 1 for DS, the Poser version won't work in DS and visa versa.

Has anyone tried to use any of Stars hairs on say G2F? The figure itself doesn't really fit what i'm working on, but I do really like several of her those.

Arghhh. Several of tonite's stuff for STAR! I already got.

Yesterday's stuff hid what I had gotten from RDNA. But tonite.....:(  No.

I don't want to buy my cart until this is straightened out..Halp.

#4 When applying colour Taupe to the pith helmet the colour of the cloth band (scarf) does doesn't change (it does for the other choices)

What Kerya said is correct. This outfit was made for the Poser version of STAR! which has different weightmapping than the Studio version. Studio tries to fix it and actually succeeds because the shapes of the figures are identical.

It just takes patience (as you've probably found out) and don't try anything looser fitting nor a skirt. It's not so pretty. Look at my avatar Star's wearing another outfit that was meant for Poser but it works perfectly after Studio does its thing.

The material problem is probably a bug in the file and is unrelated.

Can't get this one into the cart, it says "In Cart" on the product page, but it isn't. When I reload the product page it jumps back to "Add to Cart". Anyone else?

yeah, but the odd thing is, the "what's included and features" states Adventurer Set For Star: (.DUF and .CR2) so you'd expect it work in DS as it's .duf files.

    Have reported that

As Ivy had the same problem yesterday ( http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/1037284/#Comment_1037284 ), I think it takes a bit of time until things show up in our product library ...

I just bought her, after about six months of "crazed-craving"... And I fell in love with her even more!
Her flexibility was totally hidden in promos. The only issue is her "Mona Lisa Look"... From any angle, she looks at the camera constantly... How can I avoid it?

Yeah, that actually freaks me out a little.  The base expression has so much personality that, combined with the eyes, it has actually made me feel like she's really looking back at me.
