Are you looking for the base characters themselves or for specific items for them?
Leana already posted the links to the base characters for you, so you have those, but if you're looking for specific items for those characters you can either ask about them in here (and someone in here can help you find them) or there is a way to search them in the store.
You'd pick your category ("hair" or "people and wearables", for instance) then you'd filter using the dropdown box that says "figure". At first glance it looks like the generation 3 characters aren't available in the filtered search, but they are. Just start to type in Victoria or Michael, and you'll see the option for Victoria 3 or Michael 3 pop up, you can then check the box by their name and it will filter to those options for you.
Yeah, they are the black sheep of the family now... After years of drunken debauchery and low resolution antics, the store search engine has decided to stop bailing them out of jail and just ignore them.
You really have to search for older stuff using Google, the store's hamster based software is only good at retrieving newer stuff... Or there is some relevance setting I'm not seeing...
But on the bright side we got DRM like we have been asking for for years... Righ?

Recently, I finally figured out what it was I really didn't like about V3. There was always something aesthetically displeasing about her I couldn't put my finger on. When I tried making a dial-spun V4 approximation of a V3 character, I put them side by side, then it hit me. V3's neck is too long and her head is too small. Dial some changes into these sliders and she looks a lot better. A3 still has her fans, but V3 and M3 are really limiting. I've converted some V3 skins to V4 using TC2 with good results. At least in V4 format, the assets will be more upward compatible. That's my excuse...
I used to use Steph 3 far more than V3, I was never happy with V3, for some reason.
Millenium Man M1-2 apparently has been gone for some time and now Millenium women V1-2 seems to have recently disappeared also. I wish DAZ would bring them back. I would like to get them if for no better reason than the historical development of DAZ and DS.

Because of Totte's wonderful RRRR (random content) challenges, I still regularly use generation 3 stuff. It is great fun, and a regular reminder that good shading and texturing is just as important, or even more important, than fancy models. That lesson is better learned by checking out Luci45's RRRR renders instead of mine.
I think Mike3 and Vicki3 have the best out of the box expressions of all DAZ people.
If you use the Gen3 bodies converted to Genesis you can get ridf of the noodle arms and weird joints
To bad it's not Aug 2015... that's when I downloaded everything DIM listed for my Generation 3 chars and earlier/later when switching to a new computer.
If you're on Windows you can also try this one (it's free). Just type e.g. m3 or michael 3 (gives different results) to find all m3 / michael 3 products in the store.

If the Help window is blank, right click on the Help file, select Properties, and click "Unblock", then it should work. And remember to "Set browser compatibility" under Settings first time you use it.
Just open the Figures box in the Filters section on the front of the store page and start to type either Victoria 3 or Michael 3 you'll see everything still in the store. That's currently 761 V3 compatible items and 373 M3s. If you're looking for more items, I think Poserworld is one of the few stores that still produces new Gen 3 product, but there's also a good bit still buried in the archives of RuntimeDNA's Deep Freeze section..
TC2 is particularly good with furry type textures. Particularly bad with high tech looking 2nd skins.
