What's the secret to taking limits OFF G3F's rotations?

Selecting Figure root, Parameters tab > Limits > Limits Off doesn't seem to do anything. Help please.

    Make sure you select all objects and not just the root (right click, expand from selection and then select all)

    Can you use Shift+Click? Won't Select All select other things if you have a lights, camera, props etc, set up in a scene?

    With Genesis 3 selected, Parameters tab open, go to the little arrow next to the Genesis 3 Female name and select Limits/Limits Off from the drop down menu.
