SeaFolk where are the mertails?

I bought this product which is supposed to include the mertails and fins. I installed it through DIM and I can find the lilith character and even textures for the mertails; BUT I can't find the conforming mertails themselves that are supposed to be included.  Where are they? Am I I just not finding them or are they missing from the product?

I looked through the contents of all the zip files - like you I only found the textures for the tails.
