A "new" product will have a green "new" banner in the upper right hand corner of the first Promo picture, which is also the picture on the cataloge page.

Just use that link, and put it somewhere safe for future reference. :) What it does is it tells the store to not list PC items.
now i need to eliminate the NEW products ... so is it just a script or something?

Ah, just picked up from some of the DAZ Promo links in the past - sometimes they are motivated to link a PA store (for example) excluding the bits that are not on sale (typically New and/or PC+) so I got the idea from there.
You can replace the "/shop#" in those links with a PA name, e.g. "/stonemason#" and get that PA's non-new non-PC+ for example, or replace "/shop#" with "/daz-originals#" to restrict the results to those (of course you could just filter them using the drop-down artists list instead). I have a whole bunch of similar links in Favourites in my browser.
Interesting; any idea if it's possible to filter out items that are "Encrypted DAZ Connect"?
That would be tricky since just about everything is offered with that as an option these days.
Actually there are still only a very few products that have been released as encrypted content. Daz Connect content is not the same as Encrypted Daz Connect
