V7 materials on V6 is it possible?

Just curious if there is a product availble that let's me use v7 materials on genesis 2 model.

Not that I'm aware of.

Is it for the shaders more or to use the textures?

Shaders would be transferable with a little effort.

I think the Vicki7 skins use a unique UV map that the basic Genesis 3 female cannot use. But there are advanced Genesis 3 character shaders sold here in the store you could use... with that transfer utility

The product you linked to allows for V4 skins to be used on G3F and that vendor has another product that allows the use of G2F skins to be used on V7. I don't know of any product that allows for Genesis 3 skins to work on older generations
