Medieval Cloaks over armor?

Can I get the Medieval Cloaks for Genesis 3 Female to a) go on my existing Genesis figure and also to go over or drape nicely over the armor? 

The cloak I am using here is pretty useless with no movement parameters but it works on static poses. 

 

Any help would be graetly apreciated. :)
