With all the M4/V4 to Genesis 2 Fem/Male, can you recreate M4/V4 with exact shapes?

Exact shapes and faces on Genesis2 as if you had applied the character (bought from Renderosity or DAZ) to your M4/V4. Is it possible?

or will it look different?

    The add-ons give the figure the Victoria 4 shape, more or less, but they don't allow you to use V4 morphs. For that you need GenX2 (and the appropriate support packs, if any).
