Alien Crowd Retexture Commission

I want 50% of the figures in the images attached below replaced with various "alien" figures cheering in the same manner as the figures shown.
I want 25% of figures color altered to look alien.
The remaining 25% can be left unchanged.

There will be 3 other simliar files to convert as well.
