Allign the center of XYZ

I have nodes parented with other items in a very big scene.

My problem is that when I need to rotate them, ( as alone items or as subgroups ) the center seems to be so away from them, that to make an easy rotation of this items is like to make a translation. Because the rotation circle is giant.

How can I re-center the XYZ into the center of these objects without unparent them of other items ? I say this because I don't know if the reasson of this far away center could be that the center is reasigned to the center oif the scene, or to other object that I dont want.

    Put a null where you ant the centre point (the Align pane may help with this) and then parent the items to the null, with Parent in Place on.
