Yes, 10% off activated from a Summer Vacation purchase and 20% off activated from  a We All Have Secrets purchase plus the 45% off for associated PA discount works out to around 64% off full price. I know this is so because I just bought $97 worth of ironman13 kit (15 items) by purchasing MRL Eden and Hahana for Kalea 7. Combining the discounts from the two different sales does this.
