Yet another offer not working

"Save an EXTRA 20% on "Tough Enough" New Releases & featured artist catalogs if you buy or own Ivan 7 or his bundles." It says here, http://www.daz3d.com/06-22-tough-enough-to-render-with-ivan

And as usual it is NOT working.

I've lost count on how many times I've planned to buy something in similar offers only to find out that the promised sale is not working. I save my money, but it's a pity for the makers. This time it's the  Torii Walkway I'm passing on because of this, and these days I'm not even bothering vishlisting these products.

Doesn't anyone test those sales before launch??

    I noticed that too and am sitting on my cart (dangling my legs) until there's an answer.

    You can always buy and ask for a partial refund, though what I do is wait until the DAZ folks have fixed things later in the day.

    Yeah, I go to work, pile everything into the cart, do my full day at the salt-mines and then check when I get home that discounts are fixed or what other offers appeal once it is 9 Daz-time. Don't know how many Gift Cert sales I missed because I'd already done my shopping hours before they get into work in daz-land

    I got today a banner telling me I had 20% off Ivan. I bought Ivan yesterday. How do I know if I got the discount? I find these banners very annoying as I may have got it but now find it difficult to work out what happened.

    And my discount on Tough Enough isn't working either, so I'm waiting on that.

    The Rune discount was working even before the banner appeared - a couple of us checked it early on. We've reproted the issue with Tough Enough.

    I seem to still have a problem.

    Eldritch Seeker I only see the 40 % off not the extra 20% for having IVAN 7 pro bundle.

    It's still not working for me. War Dog, for example, is still $20.97. I even removed stuff from my cart and put it back and am on a different computer than I was this morning.

    It shows the extra discount for me, try refreshing your cart or taking it out and putting it back again.

    I tried earlier and it didn't work. I have logged out, been out, and logged in again. Still not working!

    Have you tried completely emptying the cart? I will report that people are still having trouble in any event, but it might be a useful test.

    It's not giving the extra 20% on Swams store sale and yes I bought Iven yesterday

    OK, the issue has been identified so if your cart isn't showing the discounts hold on and it should be fixed so....metime in the near future. As I understand it will affect people who had already purchased Ivan, or a bundle, those who purchase now will already be seeing the correct discounts.

    It works for me. See my reply to your post in the Infinite Insanity thread. It looked like you were trying to get too many M4 items at once.
