Import graphic in Poser and pose a Figure on/around it?
Hello, I would like to import a logo as bitmap file in Poser and let there a Figure interact with it/posing on it. For example, I have a logo containing letters and Michael should lean on it with one arm layed over the last letter. In order to posing the figure, I need the image in Poser. There is no need to change anything of the bitmap itself in Poser, no transformation in any way. And it is also not necessary to render the complete scene in Poser. I will delete the logo after posing, render the figure only and combine the whole thing later in another image manipulation software. Is there any way to import bitmaps that way?
If not, is it possible to export such bitmap-logo as obj, that can be used in Poser? Only its shape and size is relevant, not any texture or so. What software could do this in case it is possible?
Thank you a lot for helping me!
Best regards
Holger

You could apply the logo image to a plane primitive (location will depend on which Poser version you have but there should be a folder in the props library; use the basic version of the Material Room to apply the logo image to the diffuxe colour) - adjust the scale and placement to get the look you want, then pose the figure. You can also load as a backdrop but that is less flexible.
Great! Thank you very much for that solution!
