Where Did eMail Advertisements Go?

Never thought I'd be asking THAT question!

I've noticed in May and especially June that there don't seem to be any DAZ advertisements arriving at my personal email address any more.

Anybody else see the same?

I don't filter, though one never knows the "help" one's email service suddenly starts to "provide".

Just a gentle poke at the DAZ staff and vendors--I really do make impulse purchases driven by your advertisements.

Probably too many purchases....

    The daily newsletters exist, so you should probably write to customer support about putting you back on the list.

    If that email is the same as your forum address then it's with the same oveall ISP as my store account, which also hasn't been getting newsletters. You could open a support ticket, or you could switch to another address (though note that that will confuse ZenDesk, if you have any support tickets under the current address).

    I haven't received the daily new releases email since June 1st.  I sent an email a week later to customer support and they confirmed and my user settings was set to received emails.  The day of the response, I did received the daily new release email for Rune 7 at the normal 11:30 pm PDT, but I haven't received any more since then.  Ironically, I do get the weekly Platinum Plus email, customer service emails, order confirmation emails and emails on subscribed threads.  I have spam filters turned off.

    My only concern is missing "special offer" emails, but those seem to be coming through the in site messaging system so I guess I can live without them since I check the site daily after midnight for new releases.

    Yes, the MSN address is where my newsletters formerly arrived.

    I will start a support ticket for my issue, and mention that it may apple to others.

    They are alive and well... But if you ever want to see them again, leave... I don't know... 2 million in unmarked... No... that's too much... Two thousand... Megh... Nobody in their right mind would pay that... Ten dollars in current (not expired... I'm gonna check) McDonald's gift certificates and bunch of Jack-Link beef jerky snacks... None of those no-frills imitation ones or dog treats... I fell for that last time...  You should hand them to the one armed man under the bridge, at midnight...  Sorry... He can't do midnight... How's next Tuesday around lunchtime...  Sorry, wait... He asking that it not be under the bridge if it's gonna be lunchtime, because he only has a half hour lunch... Maybe by the Dunkin Donuts?  Wait... He's really waffling on the donut joint... Burger King or that new Chipotle... Maybe...   Oh forget it... What an idiot, he's not even one armed, he just tucks one arm in his shirt and wears an eyepatch while trying to look menacing... I never even had your emails, it was a scam to get free beef jerky... Sorry.
