Real details what i look for for Daz Studio

Hello everybody
TImes a go i opened a similar tread asking how to be able to have a more realistic shape.
This was the model i took as exemple:

It's exactly what i look for but it's for poser sigh.. do you know if there is something similar for Daz woking on Genesis

    Offhand I don't know if anything similar for Genesis, but that's not to say there isn't any. I would suggest you ask them directly. Click on the vendor name on the link and you should get an option to contact them, Ironman makes some amazing enhancements that are indispensable for V4 and they work in DS so I don't think their wouldn't be a few for Genesis planned at some point.

    I too sometime have inspiration from something by looking around..it's funny :lol:
    I'm quite good with photoshop because i worked with it from years, but 3D it's almost new to me, there are so many things to learn...

    I know we are going off topic but today i got some time to look around better i saw , many artist don't use Genesis
    Because i bought V4 bundle when i started now i'm puzzled should i use old figure ? i aslo noticed the plug in Reality 2 and looks great, even if i have a good graphic card 1 GB of memory render it's very slow , i spent hours then noticed something wrong, then retry, then got frustrated and close the program :red: maybe Reality 2 can be useful..

    I read you put also render time on works you did on deviant 90 60 hours impressive.. :ohh:
    I got tired afer 2 hours i think i need to chenage mentalty, also for attemps sometime i spent 3 hours to put tings pose etc, then light are a total drama to me, i use cloud nine http://www.daz3d.com/shop/cloud-nine-for-daz-studio/ then wrong parmameters so go back put a simple distant light and render it in 20 30 minutes :-P
    Patientece it's something i don't have...

    As far as V4 goes, yes, it's a great model and there are some incredible enhancements out for it that really help some of the limitations so don't write it off just because it's not the latest and greatest.

    and keep in mind video card will not help you rendering inside Daz Studio. It's RAM and CPU, the video card can be used in LuxRender (through Reality2) but for the most part LuxRender is a RAM and CPU hungry application as well. Have plenty of CPU power and lots of RAM on hand for that if you decide to try it.

    I made the decision to not use V4 and go for new Genesis thinking but you are true..
    About CPU and Ram i knew that, it's kind of shame to not being able to use video card power, however my system it's a I5 with 16 Gb of ram
    Because i have two PC i dedicate one to DAZ and Photoshop this way i'm free to work on the other.

    I have transferred that set from Renderosity over to DS4 and Genesis by using the GenX plugin. The morphs now work fine on Genesis.

    I used the Poser version. I injected it into V4 in Poser, saved the figure to the library as CR2 and then read that cr2 file into GenX as the figure to transfer from.

    Thank you - the Poser version is a Prime item.
    I'll have to sort out my Poser 9.

    Thanks but there are some limits to me.
    I don't have Poser , and i'm not so skilled this is why i'm looking for easy tools, i don't have so much time.
    This tool loked to me amazing a button with show details that's what i was looking for..

    If you use the DS version you won't need Poser just GenX

    Ok so if got well
    I have to buy first the Real details tool, then use V4 morph it, then use this http://www.daz3d.com/shop/genesis-generation-x to have Genesis

    Sound so strange, i mean genesis should be better than V4 and i should start from an old base to create a new character..

    There are some good Sets for Genesis coming out on Rendo. Just Type Genesis in and look through the list. Just give it some time and the Set will be converted. They have most of the Perfect V4 done for Genesis now.
