Collective3D Sale Question

I'm going through the sale items and trying out different combinations in my cart for discounts and I don't see the expected 60% off the Collective3d Neighborhood Bungalow 1.  I own the Create-a-Room base set so I'm getting the discounts on the Expac and the listed other items, but it also says 60% OFF Collective3D’s Artist Catalog.  I go there and add the Bungalow to my cart but it isn't discounted at all.  It's not a New release or a PC+ item.

    Wait, the Collective3d Neighborhood Bungalow 1 is a new release. It still has the green NEW banner in the upper right corner of the main promo image on the page. It doesn't have the red 30% off discount, because it's beyond the two week introduction period, but it's considered to be a new item for 60 days after it first goes on sale. 

    According to the product readme, it first went on sale on 2016-05-09, May 9. It won't be off new item status until July 10 or thereabouts.

    Weird, it's not showing as new to me (no banner).  surprise   But... that would explain it.
