Help! I messed up my work space and I don't like it!!

I loaded a scene, selected a view or something and now there is this 13:10 box in my viewport. So being smart I just started clicking on stuff and now i have no tabs. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the box and put my tabs back?

    Under render settings tab you can set the aspect ratio, and double click on a tab to show that row. If you lost a tab, rightclick in the tab bar and add that tab

    If you were using one of the standard layouts (or saved your own) go to Window>Workspace>Select Layout...

    Thank you! I know that was a dopey question. I just didn't know where to go to fix it and getting click happy was what got me into that mess. I'll remember this for next time. Thanks for the help!
