Files Missing after Purachase - please help

Hello,

I´m just getting started with Poser and I bought some basic stuff like victoria, the girl and some additional content like avaris. In some cases, like with avaris, it happens that I can´t load elements such as her skin because there´s files missing in my poser directory. I believe I installed everything correctly, but still the files aren´t there. Anyone experienced the same problem? THanks in advance

OK, What version of Poser are you using.

Did you initialise the installation of V4.

And where did you direct the installer to when you ran it, for V4. The girl needs to be in the same place, as it is actually an additional morph for V4.
