Pivot point from Hex to Daz question

I created a Sphere is Hex, at the origin, using the center to create it.  The resulting sphere center is sitting on the origin in hex (i.e. it is half above and below the ground plane)

When I export and import into DS, the Pivot is at the bottom of the sphere, instead of the center?   Is there a way to have it be the center, without having to move it in DS?
