DIM Packages: "Install Failed" error or installs improperly Question

There are multiple (so far on the Unicorns alone 18 DIM packages have problems) DIM packages in the items coming from RuntimeDNA that have the following issue:

• Attempts to install the package through DIM results in an "Install Failed" because of an ampersand(&) in the folder structure,
• When installed, the DIM package is set up wrong so it adds an additional "My Library" folder to the Daz Content library (essentially creating ...\My Library\My Library) upon install,
• The product comes up blank (no assets) in the Products in the Content Library and an attempt to open the Content Database Editor to check the product gives an error "You must select a container that contains assets, within the Content Library pane, in order to use this utility").  I noticed that there are no Support files (*.dsx) for these products in the Support folder as well.

I've tried deleting and redownloading the packages to make sure that I didn't have old or corrupted packages but still the same problem.  I even reset my database and reimported everything to make sure my database wasn't corrupt on the products that show blank when installing.  Are others having issues with the Unicorns and the Content Library?  Also, would it be better to enter tickets for each problem DIM package (so 18 tickets) or lump them into 1 ticket for each of the 3 types of issues.

Just put errors of the same type in the same ticket, worked fine for me.
