HOW TO SAVE EXPRESSION PRESETS?

Greetings to all!

I am a more or less newbie and would like to know how does one create/save an expression preset for M4/V4?

I have searched high and low for a step-by-step straight answer but have had no success.  Any kind soul out there can lend me a hand?
