When I think of lighting, I divide it into two areas. Portrait and everything else, but everything else is usually outdoor for me. I like the Latitude and Longitude lights and Apocalyptic Plant Indoor Set 2 (and the first one) for those outdoor sets.
There are many more but those are a few examples :p
Thanks for the links! Now that I have a new rig which runs Iray super fast, I have been playing with Iray more than Lux and Octane and lighting setups are lost on me at the moment, so this thread and the links are very helpful.
That one does have a lot of options. One thing I forgot to mention about Render Studio though is -- and this is a good thing -- it mimics a photographer's studio. If someone knows the basics (or is willing to learn) of lighting setups, Render Studio is awesome. And there are instructional videos for that set on CJ's YouTube channel. But only the included scenes are out of the box setups that you can drop a character into.

Tons of presets? The Render Studio products or Ultra Genesis Studio.
Also, Dimension Theory has a Studio HDRI set that I started with. It's great. I like anything by Dimension Theory.
JCade's Painter's Lights are extremely reliable, as far as render results go -- and you get lights plus simple environments.
Those are the ones that come to mind immediately.
I'm sure lights sets by other vendors are wonderful, too -- the ones above are just the ones I've had experience with.
*Looks like the Painter's Lights are pretty popular. :-)
Render studio Iray is the best one I've used so far. =-)

I have a few, but if I'm using presets at all, 99% of the time I use Painter's Lights. Really nice.

If you want natural settings, I really enjoy Magix' Iray Worlds, which provides a ground, a high quality skydome, and a sun to provide light.
