Is there one? There used to be, but I am pretty sure it stopped working with SnowLeopard.
In any case, the copy with the name; RTEncoderPy-10.6 will not run in ElCapitan.
In any case, I've got a copy of Arien's Sylvan Jewels for Fabiana's Elven Soul. It was purchased here at DAZ (Arien's add-on, that is), and I am pretty sure that I had a decoded copy at one point, but it's disappeared, and I only have the original file, complete with the Bitrock installer (which I was surprised, but relieved ,to see would run). Is this something that I ought to contact Support with. I seem to have purchased it a loooong time ago.

No, but there is a Java based alternative...

It should run natively on a Mac if you have Java installed. It runs natively on both Windows and Linux.
Does this one work? https://sites.google.com/site/rtejava/downloads
Don't know whether it will work. It dates from 2009, and that was around when Snow Leopard was the current OS.
Well I downloaded it and the RTEJava.jar file looks okay. The RETJava file (which looks like it might be an installer has the dead program icon overlaying it.
Plus, I'm not sure that ElCapitasn still supports Java.
I guess all I can do is try it.
ETA: Nope, cannot be launched. Either it's too old or I don't have the needed components installed.
I think I'd best file a support ticket, although I doubt there'll be any way of sorting this. It's an add-on for a product which was never sold here, and I'm not altogether sure whether the add-on is still in the store.
Java is a manual installation for El Capitan (http://osxdaily.com/2015/10/17/how-to-install-java-in-os-x-el-capitan/) and the decoder still works.
