Converting Dynamic to Conforming

I remember reading here a while back that it is possible to make an article of clothing that's dynamic in nature into a conforming object that fits like every other non-dynamic product. How do you do this?

Use the transfer utility. You select the item being fitted (ie the clothing mesh) and the target figure, and it injects all the relevant bones etc into the clothing item to make it conforming.
There is often some work to do after this, like reassigning polygons to other groups if the transfer utility got it wrong, or to edit the weight maps.
