Assets: Going from Unity to Daz & Poser

There are a lot of discussions and info on taking Daz and Poser figures and props into Unity, but I have not been able to find much about going the other way: Moving Unity props and assets into Daz and Poser.
I just downloaded Unity yesterday, with very little knowledge of what it is or how to use it (I have only opened it once, in fact -- exploring it won't come until this weekend or next). My interest is in using some of the inexpensive buildings and low-poly items as backgrounds in Poser and Daz. Since I'm working primarily in b&w, the clean lines and simple textures are appealing to me.
The most obvious method to achieve this workflow seems to be accomplished by using an OBJ exporter in Unity and then just importing the file into Daz and Poser, then assigning colors or using a tool like Blacksmith 3D or Quixel to assign UV maps and then apply simple textures.
If anyone knows of any videos or tutorials, or just has some advice on this subject, I'd love to hear it.
Thanks.

I looked into a bit last year, I think from Unity to 3ds to Daz or something along those lines, but without much success. But I didn't spend a lot of time on it. I would defintly be interested in learning more since the Unity store has soem interesting sets in it (I was lookig for a Japanese school at the time).
To import from Unity to Daz Studio, I use Collada exporter in Unity, because it preserves textures, when imported to Daz Studio.
I have tested it on different assets and even get Unity terrain imported nicely to Daz Studio.
Thank you very much for that tip. I never would have thought of it. I'll try it out this week and post the results.
argel1200: I'm with you on the sets being interesting. Some of them are very inexpensive and very immersive. These look like the sort of things that could really flesh out my world, so to speak.
