Hi, is anyone else having to Connect, verify email, etc., every time you open DAZ Studio?
This just happened today. Usually, if I get a Win10 update, I'll have to re-verify all info, but just once.
Today, I've had to Connect every time. Just wondering if this is a new thing.

No, I'm not having that problem; but I'm on Windows 7. Did you forget to check the keep me signed box?
That shouldn't be happening.
You aren't switching between multiple versions of 4.9 are you? The current standard build (4.9.1.x) and the beta build (4.9.2.x) shouldn't have any problems swapping between but if you have an old version of 4.9 (4.9.0.x) lying around it could try to use the old system which made people re-authenticate too often.
The intent of the reauthentication system is to only make you login if you move to a new computer so if it isn't working that way it would be a bug. Please contact customer service so they can follow up with you and hopefully root out the cause so we can get this fixed for you and users like you.

No, I'm not consciously switching between versions. And when I installed the latest build, an uninstall for the old 4.9 version kicked in.
OK, I'll put in a Support Ticket. Like I said, with a Windows 10 update, usually I do have to re-Connect. But last night I had to Connect every time I opened Studio, as I just did with a quick test this morning.

Ah. I wasn't running the latest version. I was still on 4.9.0.63.
Now, version # is 4.9.1.30.
I updated. Problem seems to be solved. I put in a Support Ticket, before it occurred to me to check for a new version of DS.
When they respond, if the need to re-Connect doesn't come back, I'll tell them all is well.

You can mark your ticket as closed yourself if you want, just click in the text field to add a note and the check box should be enabled.

Right under where you enter your id and password is a box that says "Remember Me"

Oh, that box. Yes, I've seen that one.
Out of habit, I don't check those Remember Me boxes though.
It was the build, it seems. Once I updated, all was well.
