M4 texture to G2F

I'm wondering if it's possible without using photoshop or the like (because I'm no good at it) to convert an M4 texture to G2F?

I've gone from M4 to Genesis but had to use the M4 mapping in Genesis for it to fit right, so when I saved the texture preset to load on G2, it won't work unless I use the M4 preset which G2F doesn't have. So I guess if I could somehow convert the Genesis with M4 UV to plain Genesis it could work... but how?

    Yep, that will do it.  I was just going to post a link when I saw the subject header.  I have that by Slosh and it works.  It doesn't care if it is setting the UV to male or female and it does a nice job!

    Actually, I'm not sure that is true if you are using Slosh's freebie on ShareCG.  You do need to have the original M4 UV, but, other than that, I don't think you need the other.  The freebie will put an M4 UV on G2 Female and there isn't a product for that one.  I know it will put the M4 UV on G2F because I've done it when I transferred the morphs from RawArt's Bear Clan Regenesis to G2F.  I have the product you link to and it won't put the M4 UV on Genesis 2 Females just males.  Slosh's freebie at ShareCG will and I don't believe you need anything other than the original UV maps for M4.  The Bear, by the way, looked great. Both the male and the female use the M4 UV.

    No, the freebie just applies the UV set, it doesn't include it.

    Yeah, I read that in the freebie description, which is fine as I have M4 It's just that I found a cool alien skin texture but they only made the Male version and not both.

    No, the script needs the actual Michael 4 UV set for Genesis 2 Male - it can't simply read off the UVs from the entirely different Michael 4 mesh (if that was possible we wouldn't need all of the alternative UV sets).

    Okay, I did double check because I wasn't sure.  I uninstalled my version of the Michael 4 for Genesis 2 males and using the UV setter script doesn't work without it when trying to apply a M4 UV to G2F.  I didn't realize they were connected although it does make sense as they both came out about the same time and are both by Slosh.  While I knew the freebie didn't come with the UV set, I didn't quite understand what it was actually accessing to apply the UV set.

    edit to add: It looks like Michael 4 for Genesis 2 Males is currently on sale in the Software Sale for 46% off.

    Another solution is simply to copy the M4 uv set for G2M to the relevant area in the data hierarchy for G2F. Once there a newly loaded G2F character will also have M4 UVs as a selectable UV set.
