Getting the boot..

Well, my latest attempt at convering things like ankle boots from v4 to G2F has failed ...well at tleast they wound up in the wrong place, but were shaped like boots.

(This was loading a g2f boot to G2F then fitting the v4 boot to the G2F boot. It makes no sense to me that it loads to the side of where the foot is.

    Greetings,

Just to check, have you tried Sickleyield's tutorial on this?  I had pretty good luck with it and a pair of ankle boots.

A screenshot would be helpful, too...

It almost sounds like something is doubling up...either a morph or pose/translation.

Eh..this was really just kvetching, not looking for answers..

In the past, I've found SY's tutorial really didn't do it for ankle boots..especially ones with details on the shaft (not like the ones in the pic...those were just the first I popped onto in the trial)

Thought a method I've used to convert other things might work in a boot sitch...I've tried in the past fitting them to socks, but tht didn't work, so I decided to try using boots which would have a similar geometry...but while tey're not deforming, they're not fitting either.
