Prevent background color changing?

Could someone tell me how to set the background colors in Studio windows so they never change upon opening a file? NEVER. I'm sick of having it change when I open preset scenes and I absolutely cannot find any options that prevent it from happening. I've tried everything in the Environment panel and the options in the Preferences section with no luck.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Edit>Preferences>Scene tab, check Ignore Settings when opening a scene file should work.
Yeah I'm having mixed results using that. Sometimes I get a different color scheme when that's checked. I'll leave it checked for a while and see if I can find out what's going on.
Do you also know why the background colors of viewports are being covered by the color of the aspect frame interior? I used to be able to have different colored viewports and after a prop import changed my colors, the colors I set for them are only visible on the edges where the aspect frame doesn't cover.
4.7+ has split the viewport colour (working colour, doesn't render, persists between sessions, set in Window>Style>Customise) from the backdrop (renders, doesn't persist unless saved and reloaded with the scene, set in the Environment pane).
Would this be the same thing that I had happen to me recently where, when I open Daz and have a blank new scene, everything used to be white, now it's all dark grey/black. It's driving me nuts. I have no idea how it changed.
New scene, unless you have set DS to load a template scene on launch, would be the viewport colour - Window>Style>Customise, Viewport colour is the last entry.
